1. All games played under 2009 ASA rules.

2. Tournament will be a 5 game Exposure Format

3. Free Substitution will be allowed.

4. All teams,16U & 18U, will be included in the same division.

5. All teams will pitch from a distance of 43 feet.

6. All games will be 7 innings or 1 hour and 20 minutes time limit.

7. Tie games will NOT be continued.

8. A run rule of an 8 run lead after 5 innings will be in effect.

9. There will be no protests.
